An unannounced inspection was completed on November 15, 2019 from approximately 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in response to a self-reported incident received on October 16, 2019 regarding staffing and supervision and administration. An inspection was initiated and completed on November 15, 2019. Staff, children and classrooms were observed, staff was interviewed, and other pertinent records were reviewed. The director was available for the inspection and was present for the exit interview at which time the inspection findings were reviewed and an Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and left with the licensee. The self-reported incident is not supported.
