A Subsidy Health and Safety virtual review was conducted on 8/26/20 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. According to the provider there were no children present in the the family day home this time. A licensing review was also conducted, the two reviews combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental review. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
