An unannounced mandated Renewal Inspection was conducted today from 10:15am to 1:00 pm. There were 6 children (15 points) and 1 caregiver during this inspection. Children were observed in circle time, reading a book, doing math activities , playing with cars, napping, washing hands and having lunch. Reviewed 2 children's files, 1 staff file, 5 household member files, 1 pet file, attendance, emergency evacuation log and supplies, crib compliance, and physical plant. Based on children's record review, provider did not maintain an up to date record for each enrolled child.
