The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the Department on December 4, 2019 regarding staff supervision. The investigation was initiated on December 31, 2019 when interviews and documentation review was completed. On Thursday, January 9, 2020 from approximately 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM the licensing inspector was on site interviewing staff and reviewing documentation. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
