An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with caregivers on February 4, 2020 to determine compliance with the licensing standards. There were five children present, ranging in age from 1 year to 3 years old, totaling 13 points. The children were down for rest. Lunch served today: hot dogs, corn, pears, and milk. Five children's files were reviewed and are in compliance. Caregivers completed first aid and CPR on 11/11/2018. Provider does not administer medication - Medication Administration Training is required to give medicine. Evacuation drills have been conducted monthly. The last shelter in place drill was conducted 3/19/2019. Please conduct another drill soon.
