Comments:
A renewal inspection was conducted on 7/28/2022 with the provider and one assistant. There were 7 children present, ranging in ages from 21 months to 3 years, with 2 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.

Based on review of the attendance record, the provider failed to keep an accurate written record of children in attendance each day. Evidence: on 7/28/2022, at approximately 11:50 a.m., Child 3 was not listed on the attendance record.
Plan of Correction:
Provider added Child 3 to the attendance record.
