Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:45am-1:00pm. There were 8 children (16 points) supervised by 2 direct care staff. The home, 2 staff records, 4 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were coloring, playing with cars and trains, watching an educational video, dancing, and eating lunch. Lunch served was turkey, crackers, broccoli, bananas, and milk . There was an abundance of books, toys, and materials, which were found to be developmentally appropriate for the children in care at the time of inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Evidence: There was an area of chipped and broken drywall and peeling paint on the wall next to the rocking chair.
