Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02/10/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The subsidy requirements were reviewed this date; allergy action plans, staff trainings, nutrition and food services, recordkeeping, hazardous substances, reporting injuries, emergency plans and transportation. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Based on documentation review, the vendor did not document with the daily attendance the arrival and departure times of each child in care. Evidence: 1) On the date of inspection, while the Provider documented the attendance for each child in care, the arrival and departure of the children were not recorded.
Plan of Correction:
This information shall now be documented for each child in care on a daily basis.

Description:
Based on review, 1 of 2 staff files indicated that there was not a current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) (appropriate to the age of children in care). Evidence - 1. On the date of inspection, the most current certification on file for Staff #2 was dated 09/09/2017. 2. This certification was valid for only a two year period.
Plan of Correction:
Staff #2 shall become certified once more.
