Licensing Inspector arrived at 9:30 and departed at 10:15 AM to conduct an annual health and safety inspection in conjunction with a religiously exempt child day center code compliance inspection. At the time of the inspection, there were 11 preschool aged children in care with three staff. Children were observed singing songs and reading. There were also eight children in kindergarten and first grade present. The sample size was six staff and five children's records.
