Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 11:25 am-12:20 pm. There were 10 children directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, staff records, children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely, getting ready for nap, washing hands and potty routines and eating lunch. Diapering procedures were also observed. There was an ample supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
