A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted 08/30/2023. There were 26 children, ages 13 months-4 years, 6 staff providing direct care and supervision and various support staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed in outdoor large motor play, free choice activities, center play, and during lunch. A total of 5 children?s records and 1 medication were reviewed; staff records will be reviewed at a later date with administration. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 10:00 am and departed at 12:00 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
