A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 02/06/2024. There were 31 children, ages 18 months-4 years, 6 staff providing direct care and supervision and various support staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed in center play, outside large motor play, inside large motor play, and during lunch. A total of 5 children?s records and 1 medication were reviewed; staff records will be reviewed at a later date at the administration office. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 10:25 am and departed at 12:10 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
