An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 03/05/2024 from 8:50 a.m. to 11:54 a.m. in response to a complaint received in the licensing office regarding allegations related to care, protection and guidance, infant feedings, and supervision. Interviews with staff were conducted, a classroom observation was conducted, seven staff records, and seven child records were reviewed. The complaint was determined to be invalid.
