Technical Assistance:
Technical assistance was offered regarding obtaining training for new assistant within the required time frame.
Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 1/31/20 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There was only one child in care of 1 caregiver. The child was asleep during the inspection. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Based on record review, the family day home did not prepare and implement the continuity plan. Evidence: The continuity plan was not prepared and implemented, and was not available for review.
