Comments:
An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted today from approximately 12:00pm-1:30pm. There were a total of 4 children with 1 caregiver were on site during the inspection. Children were observed eating and playing. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Based on observation, A child's hands were not washed at an appropriate time.
