Licensing inspector discussed the menu with the provider.
Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 2:00pm-3:30pm. There were no children in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. A sample of 2 children?s records, and 2 caregiver's record were reviewed. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Based on record review, repeat fingerprinting results were not complete for all caregivers.
Evidence: 1) The fingerprinting results of Caregiver A expired in April of 2023. 2) The fingerprinting results of Caregiver B expired in March 2023
