The inspector conducted an unannounced mandated inspection from 11:15 a.m. until 12:30 at the center and then reviewed staff records at the main office. The children were observed playing inside, washing hands eating lunch and during diapering. There were seven infants in care with three staff present and six children in care upstairs with two staff present; the cook was also present. Five children's records were reviewed and six staff staff records were reviewed. No medications were reported being administered. Please call your inspector at 276-698-9981 with any questions.
