An unannounced inspection was conducted on April 23, 2024 from 10:25 am to 1:15 pm in response to a complaint received by the department regarding supervision. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the complaint. The complaint is determined to be not valid.
