A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/7/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 9 children (25 points) in care of 3 caregivers. the children were observed in activities including coloring, number learning, playing with toys and getting bottle fed.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
