A complaint was received in the department on 05/20/19 regarding discipline procedures and transportation. The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced inspection on 06/12/19, in which interviews with staff were conducted, observations made in the center, and documentation reviewed. The inspection was initiated at approximately 10:30am and concluded approximately 12:30pm.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the inspection does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
