An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on September 11 2023 between 10:30am and 11:45am. There were 4 children in the direct care of the provider and an assistant. Children were observed preparing for lunch, washing hands, being diapered, and receiving positive reinforcement from staff. Household records, caregiver records, children's records, evacuation drills, the emergency plan, the physical space used in the home, and the equipment was reviewed and inspected.
