An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated in the center on November 18, 2019 and completed on December 4, 2019 regarding a complaint received by the department. The complainant reported concerns regarding the are of Programs. Based on a review of documentation, staff interviews and interviews with other involved persons, there is NOT a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation regarding Programs, therefore the complaint has been determined to be NOT VALID.
There were no violations cited as a part of the inspection. The results of the inspection were reviewed and verified with the center staff during the exit interview. Please contact the licensing inspector with any questions, Christine Mahan (757) 404-0568.
