This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review and interviews.
A complaint inspection was initiated on December 13, 2021 and concluded on January 11, 2022. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of staffing and supervision, programming and special care and emergencies.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
