An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/27/2023 from 12:45 pm to 2:15 pm, At the time of entrance, 38 children, ages 2 months to 4 years, were in care with 9 staff members present. The sample size consisted of 5 children?s records and 5 staff records. Children were observed finishing lunch and resting during nap time. Diapering procedures, handwashing and table sanitizing were also observed. Two medications kept on site for emergency use were reviewed with regard to storage, expiration dates and written authorizations and required documentation. One Food Allergy plan was reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
