The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the After-School Program Director COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 09/10/2020. The After-School Program Director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were no children present. The CDC is currently closed and is scheduled to reopen once LCPS reopen schools on a full-time basis. Currently two (2) staff have been hired for this location. The inspector discussed with the After-School Program Director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed (2) staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. Currently, there are no children registered.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were cited.
