The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the SACC Program Director COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
The anticipated date to reopen this facility is slated to be 04/20/2021. It was recommended, that all emergency procedures, contact information, Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan be reviewed prior to the reopening. All emergency drills should be conducted during the first week of the program.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 04/01/2021. The SACC Program Director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The facility is currently closed due to the pandemic. However, operational procedures with regards to health and safety, sanitization, staff qualifications, and the future of the program was discussed. The inspector emailed the SACC Program Director a list of applicable items required to complete the inspection. Currently, there are no children enrolled, and all staff are on a "to be determined" status.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were cited.
