A monitoring inspection was initiated on 5/11/2022 and concluded on 5/13/2022. There were a total of 2 children and 1 staff members present. Children were observed during individual play and resting during the inspection.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 1 child records,1 staff and 3 household records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
