An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 8:45am to 11:15am with the Director. There were 28 children in care, ranging from 13 months to five years of age, supervised by six staff. The children were observed having free play in centers, doing circle time, singing and dancing, having diapers changed and using the restroom, washing hands, and having snack. Five children?s records and five staff records were reviewed and were in compliance. The Center has all staff with current certification in CPR and First Aid, and five staff trained in Daily Health Observation Training. Four emergency medications and authorization forms were reviewed and were in compliance and the center has four staff current in Emergency Medication Administration Training. The attendance and emergency drill log were reviewed and were in compliance. The most recent evacuation drill was documented 3/12/20 and the most recent shelter-in-place was documented 9/17/19. The most recent Fire Inspection on file was dated 9/19/19 and the most recent Health Inspection on file was dated 6/3/19.
