Comments:
A complaint regarding lack of supervision was received on June 26, 2019 and initiated on the same day. An on site inspection was conducted on August 29, 2019. The investigation was concluded on the same day. A walking tour of the center was completed during which time classroom observations were made. Children's records and injury/incident records were reviewed. Staff were individually interviewed. The information gathered during the investigation do not support the allegation. Therefore, the complaint is not valid. However, one violation was identified during the investigation that was not related to the reported complaint, concerning required postings. That violation was reviewed with the owner at the conclusion of the inspection and appears on the violation notice.
Based on observation and interview the center failed to ensure that the findings of the most recent inspection are posted. Evidence: 1 - The most recent inspection completed at the center is dated June 5, 2019. However, that is not the information posted in the center today. 2 - Staff 1 confirmed that the most recent inspection information is not posted in the center.
