An unannounced monitoring inspection was started in the center on May 28, 2024 and ended on May 29, 2024 related to an injury report received requiring outside medical treatment. The areas reviewed included Administration, Staffing/Supervision, Programs and Special Care Provisions/ Emergencies
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
