An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted during the before care portion of the program on February 4, 2020. There were no children present at arrival to the facility. Throughout the course of the inspection there were two staff present with 15 school age children. Children were observed arriving to the program, doing various table top activities in the cafeteria and talking freely amongst themselves. Five children's records were reviewed on this date. Four medications were reviewed on this date. Required documentation was reviewed for the staff present. Licensing Inspector reviewed supervision, activities, equipment, nutrition, injury report documentation, medication procedures, children's records, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, fire and health inspection reports, indoor areas, emergency supplies and required postings. Exit interview was conducted with the Site Supervisor.
