An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/31/2024 from12:00pm - 4:05pm. At the time of entrance, 30 children were in care with 5 staff members present. The sample size consisted of 5 children?s records and 11 staff records. Children were observed eating lunch, washing hands and transitioning to rest period. Medication administration was not observed. However 2 medications stored on site for enrolled children were reviewed with regard to storage, documentation and authorizations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
