This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including phone contacts and document review.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 09/17/21 and concluded on 09/24/21. The director was contacted by phone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 5 children present, ranging in ages from infant to toddler, with 4 staff present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records and two staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
