Comments:
A SHSI inspection was conducted on 3/16/2023. The provider was present with 9 children. A total of 21 points. Lots of materials for the children to explore. The provider has a large play space in the back yard as well. A violation notice was given to the provider along with this inspection summary. Based on the review of staff records, the provider failed to have an updated first aid certification for one assistant. Evidence: The assistants first aid expired on 10/12/2021.
Plan of Correction:
I will make sure my assistant takes first aid again.
