An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 4/25/2022 and concluded on 4/27/2022. The inspector was on site on 4/25/2022 from 9:30 am-11:35 am. There were 42 children present, ranging in ages from 3 to 5 years, with 8 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, nutrition and background checks. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Staff records were reviewed remotely.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
