Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 5, 2023 from 11:50am-2:20pm. At the time of entrance, 141 children were in care with 19 staff members present. Additional staff was present to assist. The sample size consisted of 11 children?s records and 8 staff records. Children were observed eating lunch, transitioning to nap time , outside on the playground and freely playing.
Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice.
Based on record review and staff interview, the licensee did not ensure all staff records contained all required documents.
Evidence: Staff #2 hire date 10/14/2023 did not have documentation of completed references.
