Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted between 10:00am & 2:00pm; there were 73 children with 9 staff members. Physical plant, staff and children records, medications and emergency procedures were reviewed along with the supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted on the date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Based on review of six staff records, five are incomplete and do not have documentation of completing the required preservice training. Evidence Staff #1,2,3,4,5 have been employed for over 90 days and do not have documentation of completing the required preservice training.

I will make sure the preservice training is completed and the certificate is placed in their record.
