Comments:
The inspector completed an unannounced mandated inspection from 10:30 until noon. Two children were in care with the two care givers present. Two provider records and five children's records were reviewed. Children were observed finishing breakfast, watching a children's show, drawing, and playing. No medications are being administered; the provider does not provide medications. Violations had been corrected Violations are identified on the violation notice. The provider did not have current certification in CPR. Evidence: 1. The provider and substitute's CPR expired 7/2019.

The provider has a class scheduled for this week; she had a difficult time finding a trainer.
