8VAC20-790 Subsidy Program Vendor Requirements for Family Day Homes
Comments:
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was completed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
This inspection was amended on 10/7/2022.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and the violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on record review and interview, the provider failed to have an in-person competency demonstration in CPR. Evidence: 1. The provider stated the CPR training she received did not include an in-person competency demonstration.
Plan of Correction:
The provider will receive the in-person component from a community resource.
