Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed from 3:20 until 4:10. There was 1 child and 1 provider present.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 1 provider record and 1 child record was reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violation were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on record review, the provider failed to have monthly drills documentation. Evidence: 1. Drills were missing for September and October.

This is a repeat violation. The provider failed to get a Tb screening for an adult family member. Evidence: 1. Household member #1 did not have a TB screening. and his DOB is 2/15/2005.

Description:
This is repeat violation. Based on record review, the provider failed to have a pet vaccinated for rabies. Evidence: 1. Animal #1 di not have an up to date rabies vaccine. It expired 9/19/23.
