A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/24/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 13 children present and 4 staff. There were five children's records reviewed. Staff records were reviewed previously and required documentation had been included in those staff records as requested. Three board officer records were reviewed. There were no medications during the inspection. The inspector arrived at the facility at 9:30 AM and departed at 11:30 AM. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
