An unannounced focused inspection, which was part of the provisional licensing process, took place today, October 24, 2019, beginning at 9:30 AM and ending at 11:30 AM. There were 13 children in care today with four staff providing care and supervision. There were no medications onsite during this inspection. Five children's records and some aspects of staff records were reviewed to ensure compliance. The inspector looked at first aid and emergency supplies, drill documentation, and required health and fire inspections. The children were observed during the following activities: story-time, music, and language skills. A fire inspection took place during this inspection as well. There were discussions about children's records, staff records, and the license. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
