A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 01/02/20 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspector arrived at the center at 12:10 PM and departed at 1:45 PM. There were 22 children in care with 5 staff providing care and supervision. Five children's records were reviewed during this inspection. All board officer and all new staff records were reviewed as well. This vendor does not administer medications. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
