A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 07/20/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspector arrived at the center at 9:30 AM and departed at 12:30 PM. There were 21 children in care with six staff. The inspector reviewed three children's records during the inspection and three staff records, following requirements for inspections during the COVID-19 pandemic. This vendor does not administer medications. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
