A complaint was received via phone by the inspector for the center on 07/09/2020 about an incident that occurred on 07/08/2020, regarding concerns about COVID-19 preventative measures, an unlocked door, diaper changing frequency, and surfaces used for ?tummy time?. The inspector made an announced inspection on 07/20/20020. On this date the inspector interviewed staff, reviewed the daily infant logs, and inspected the infant room. Based on the evidence gathered during the investigation, the preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint was determined to be not valid. There were no violations resulting from this inspection. Results of this inspection were emailed to the administration on 07/21/2020.
