Comments:
A complaint was received via phone by the inspector on 07/20/2020 about an allegation of abuse. The inspector completed an inspection on 07/20/20020. On this date the inspector interviewed staff, reviewed surveillance footage, completed classroom observations, reviewed staff training records, and examined information from the assigned CPS Investigator on August 13, 2020. Based on the evidence gathered during the investigation and data received from CPS, the preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint was determined to be not valid. There were no violations resulting from this inspection. Results of this inspection were emailed to the administration on 08/20/2020.
