A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 07/25/2022. There were 35 children, 7 months-10 years, and 6 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records and 5 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed in music and movement, watching television, during story time and having lunch. The inspector discussed the following with the staff: outside play, the arrival of children, rest time and staff interactions. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:30 am and departed at 12:00 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
