Technical Assistance:
Licensing inspector discussed FYI memo and tuberculosis screening with provider.
Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:00pm-2:30pm. There were 3 children (8 points) in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. A sample of 3 children?s and 1 caregiver's record were reviewed. The children were observed playing with blocks, napping, eating, and putting puzzles together. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the provider. Based on observation, the first aid kit was missing required contents.
Evidence: The first aid kit was missing adhesive tape.

Based on observation, a caregiver did not ensure that the children's hands were washed with liquid soap and water.
Evidence: Caregiver A did not wash the hands of the children in care before and after eating food.
