Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced Religiously Exempt Code Annual/Monitor Inspection on July 11, 2023. There were 109 children ages 20 months to 10 years old present under the direct care of 25 staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 7 children?s records, of which 2 were medication records, and 5 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
