Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on January 25, 2023 between 9:00am and 10:30am. There were 13 children present with 5 caregivers supervising within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed eating breakfast, playing with various age-appropriate toys, outside activities, and preparing to leave for school. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programing, fire drill log, menu, attendance, child and caregiver records, and emergency procedures. No medication on sight at the time of inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on record review and interview, the provider failed to obtain for adult household member a current Report of Tuberculosis Screening form every two years from the date of the first screening, Evidence: 1. Household member #2 TB screening expired on 11/22/21. 2. Household member #3 TB screening expired on 05/09/2022. 3. Provider acknowledged both TB results for household member #2 and #3 are expired.

I will tell them they have to go get the screening.
